James Kenneth Tree

Inspector Ontario Provincial Police (retired) Passed away on January 23rd 2019, peacefully with family by his side at the Good Samaritan Retirement Home in Alliston Ontario.
Predeceased and now reunited with his loving wife Barbara of 60 years to whom he dedicated more than 10 years of his life providing her care, comfort and dignity in their home while Barbara’s health progressively declined due to Alzheimer’s disease .
Loving father of Jim jr. (Deborah Dol), daughter Lynne Marie (Theo Lange), Proud Grandfather of Jordon , Brendan, Kevin, Brian and Darren, Great Grandfather of Mason, Nadia, Sonya and Aliyah.
Jim came into the world on March 1, 1932 and led a long and productive life, he enjoyed many years of good health throughout retirement and was know for his compassion in helping neighbors and friends and his deep love for his family, Jim was a jack of all trades, woodworking being his specialty and he has left behind many beautiful creations that will be treasured always.
Jim left his world a much better place than he found it !
At Jim’s request there will be a small family interment service at the Fergus Cemetery in the spring of 2019, the family would also like to express our sincere thanks to the staff at the Good Samaritan Retirement Lodge, their care and kindness for Jim during his stay was above and beyond
