Thinking of John and remembering my childhood years when John lived next to our farm and would pick up my sister and I as we walk home from school. In the later years memories of the kindness and friendship that John and my brother Keith shared.
Our deepest sympathy to Helen, Julie and other family members.

This quiet, thoughtful, and selfless man has passed from this earth, but as one of the best, he will long be remembered by all who knew him, especially his warmth, his wonderful smile, and sweet sense of humour. John never lost his faith, and kept his bemused sense of wonder, when you'd hear him exclaim, "Well, I'll be....! Is that right!?!" He was kind and gentle, but strong, and always willing to serve others, and so deserving of his eternal rest in the arms of his Saviour. Thanks be to God for John's life and all he meant to Helen, Julie, Steve, Keira and Peyton. Love to you all, Liz & Walter
