Our deepest sympathy and condolences to Remo and Family. It is always very difficult to lose a spouse, and parent. It will be all the loving memories that will continue to keep Dorothy living in your hearts during this time of sadness. Every day as your memories grow stronger, and you think of the good times, it will be her spirit letting you know of her love and support. Her strength, love, and family focus is what will continue as her legacy.

We would like to extend our deepest condolences to Remo and the family during this very difficult time. It was many great memories and times that we shared together over the years. With the kids, camping - at Errol Rowe Park, bbqs - in the back yard, and dinner and drinks around the kitchen table. Dorothy was a wonderful woman of grace and love, always willing to share. Remo, may you find peace and comfort in the love of your family and your beautiful grandkids. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Okay Dorothe, thanks for being such a great sister and to quote the words from Aretha Franklin's song - Forever and ever you'll stay in my heart, I will love you forever and ever.

Dorothy, thank you for raising such a beautiful family. Everyday, Alannah and I have the wonderful pleasure and opportunity to see much of you in Debbie. Your legacy lives on. Thank you for being an incredible mother-in-law. You made me feel so welcomed and loved when Debbie first invited me over to meet her family in 1988. For the 32 years I have known you, your positive attitude defined who you are. People loved being around you for this and so many other reasons. You are and always will be the matriarch of the family. Thank you for being so proud of your Dutch heritage and sharing so many wonderful stories about where you grew up in The Netherlands. Debbie, Alannah and I were planning to visit your homeland in 2021. We are looking so forward to traveling to your hometown Laren, and stopping by the home you grew up in. We know you will be there in spirit to guide us. We will share those stories and the sites we visit with your siblings here. Dorothy, thank you for being part of our life. We are so much richer for having you in our lives. Ik hou van je, en zal je missen Dorothea, moge je rusten in vrede.
