Alexander Morrey Lawrence
Born October 4, 1924 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Alexander Morrey Lawrence was truly one of a kind. Full of energy, creativity and an endless curiosity, he lived an extraordinary life full of adventure and love right up to the very end. Morrey is survived by his wife Susan, sister Gerdine, children Robbie, Linda, Guy, Scott and Cory, nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. A serial entrepreneur for most of his life, he was always thinking outside the box with a head full of what seemed like too many ideas for one brain. A man of many talents he focused full time on his art during his later years creating a stockpile of paintings and sculptures, many of which he shared with family and friends. Being creative, taking chances, appreciating nature and never having time to be bored were of upmost importance in his life. His smile and easy laugh will be greatly missed.
