Helga Muellner (nee Mausser)

Helga passed away peacefully with family by her side at Matthews House Hospice on Tuesday January 26, 2021.
Predeceased by her husband Fred. Loved mother of Lisa Lasci (Dean) and Patricia Freeman (Don). Helga adored all of her grandchildren, Ethan, Lauryn, Amanda, Taylor and Daniel and was always so proud of their accomplishments. She will be missed by her brothers Wally, Fred and Joe(Joan), her nieces, nephews and large extended family.
Helga was a hairdresser for 62 years working out of her home. Over these many years she made lifelong friends who will miss her company. Helga was known for her friendly smile and easy conversation, often stopping to chat as she walked around town. She loved tending to her flower gardens and cruising the Caribbean was her passion.
Thank you to Matthews House Hospice staff for your kindness, comfort and loving care. Thank you also to Dr. Byles and staff for your guidance; Dr. Yu and staff and the staff at Remedy Rx for always taking care of her needs.
A private family service will be held and a Celebration of life will be announced at a later date. If so desired memorial donations to Matthews House Hospice, Alliston would be appreciated.

Helga will be missed greatly on Colbeck. She was always a ray of sunshine and often stopped to chat. When my son was little she always stopped for hugs from him. It was very sad to hear of her passing. Sending her family our deepest condolences.

Lisa,Patti and Families:
We were so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing.We got to know your family back in 1977 when J.J. was going to Helga to get his hair cut.Soon after she started cutting Margaret's hair and also cut Janice & Justin's hair. Fred would always supervise when J.J. was getting his hair cut and would drill him about Town affairs.Helga was such wonderful lady and always enjoyed a chat including telling us all about her family members. Her flower gardens were always a picture show of which she was very proud. RIP Helga

Dear Pat and Lisa and families;
Our deepest sympathies to all of you at this time as you go through the loss of your loved one. We are truly saddened to hear of the loss of your mom. She was such a wonderful lady who loved to have a chat and a smile. It was always great running into our neighbour on the streets of Alliston and to hear all that she was happy about. She will be missed. May you RIP Mrs. Muellner.
Our warmest embrace,
Danica Svetina, Adrijana, Dolores and our families
